The paddles are on the heavier side. If you like heavy, then you will like these. The quality was just okay.
Great set - paddles, balls, etc. Would do this again to go with our new Table. We both returned to a sport we 've loved as kids! Great fun and talking time! :-)
I bought this set to use with a new table we got. They are high quality and play very well. I have since gotten a couple more paddles as gifts that are more expensive and it seems the biggest difference is that the more expensive paddles are a little bit lighter in weight. For most players these will perform really well. The balls are really good quality also.
We are occasional players, and the paddles were easy to get used to for me (intermediate) and my 11 year old daughter, who is a beginner. The paddles play well and have held up well after two months of daily use.
For casual doubles play at nerfed speeds and no spin, and at an unbelievable price, you can try these.
I read so many positive reviews and went for it. TBH it is a mediocre product which justifies the price range. Build quality is not great and after playing with it for a while you would definitely go for an upgrade. Good for occasional playing.

I bought it for my grandson's birthday. I ordered it on Friday and received it on Saturday. My grandson opened it on Monday which was his birthday and they were very nice. Good quality and came perfectly packaged. My grandson loved them.
